People Who Quit Smoking Are Likely To Gain Body Weight Drastically



The American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) is advising smokers to participate in the Great American Smokeout program. However, at the same time, quit smoking experts are cautioning people that those who have successfully triggered off smoking cessation are most likely to substitute the smoking habit with increased intake of snack items and this is likely to cause problem by facilitating weight gain. 

American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) `s expert report and its Continuous Update Project reveals that too much body fat is likely to enhance the risk of developing cancers in various parts of the body such as gallbladder, pancreas, kidney, breast and esophagus.
