Jakarta Governor Urges Residents to Quit Smoking



According to a latest revelation, Joko “Jokowi” Widodo, the governor of Jakarta, urged residents to stop smoking at an open meeting held on the Jakarta Health Card (KJS) plan at City Hall. The Jakarta governor made an appeal to the citizens, stating that they should adopt a healthy lifestyle by opting for regular exercises, healthy eating and quit smoking.
 
Joko “Jokowi” Widodo and Dien Emmawati, the head of Jakarta Health Agency, were available at the meeting to hear public objections about the KJS plan. This plan enables citizens to access third-class healthcare at 92 private and public hospitals for free of cost.
 
In the year 2013 till date, more than 1.9 million people have opted for third-class services at various hospitals located in Jakarta
